Dorénaz ****

The climbs in Dorenaz belong high on the list of the most popular climbs in lower Wallis (Valais). The casual approach, the child friendly crags, and the beautiful gneiss rock all add up as premier attractions. In the “Tichodrome” and “La Verite” Sectors, you can find some multi-pitch routes. Take care here, however, as some of the routes suffer from sections of chossy rock and protection is sketchy.
