The most popular crag in the Solothurn Jura. Thanks to its proximity to the city and the highway, it is the perfect after work climbing until sunset getaway. You will find beautiful finger pocket pulling limestone in the “Neuen Klettergarten” (New Crag) Sector. In the Sector “Westpfeiler”, the route “Luftibus” (7c!) comes highly recommended. Short and sweet, the routes at the “Alter Klettergarten” (Old Crag) are very popular. The base of the climbs is a great place to hang out. The downside is that many of the routes have suffered from years of intense traffic. “Direkter Pfeiler” is without question, the Klus Classic! With route designing genius, the line snakes its way up and through the impressive spur bypassing all the chossy rock sections.
