Climbing in the major traffic intersection of Switzerland. Situated directly above the city of Olten, this crag is rich in climbing tradition. But if you expect walls and routes like in the Verdon, you will be disappointed. For a few routes, two quick draws will be all you need! But their are longer routes up to 30 meters. While gazing at the wonderful sunsets with a beer and sausage in hand, you soon forget about the greasy hand holds. “Säli” turns into an oven during the summer months. Jumping into the nearby Aare River or swigging a “Oltner Drei Tannen” beer will be the only way you can cool down.
